Stap 1

Tijdens je eerste sessie bekijken we samen met de coach waarom personal training voor jou de juiste stap is.

Denk aan krachtopbouw, afslanken, houding, fitter worden of ondersteuning naast het fietsen.

 

Stap 2

Van daaruit bepalen we een duidelijk doel en werken we gericht verder met een plan dat past bij jouw lichaam, ritme en leven.

Boek je eerste sessie op het moment dat voor jou past.

Na deze intake plannen we samen met de coach de volgende trainingen in.

Small Group Personal Training

Train together, with personal guidance.
In Small Group Personal Training, you train in a fixed, small group with one coach. To get started, you sign up together with 2 to a maximum of 4 people and form your own group.

During the first session, we explore together why you are seeking guidance — from there, we define a clear goal and continue working in a targeted manner with training sessions that suit the level and pace of the group.

Register as a group of 2 to 4 people and book your first session. After this training, you will schedule the subsequent sessions together with the coach.

Duo Training | 40.- pp/hour
3 people | 30.- pp/hour
4 people | 25.- pp/hour
