With our performance tests, you discover where you stand now: your thresholds, heart rate zones, and true capabilities. Our coaching translates that data into a personalized training plan that fits your life and your ambitions. Train targeted, perform smarter, and be stronger at the start.

Trajectories

Lactate test as a starting point
We measure your current fitness level and map your lactate threshold values.
This way, we determine your personal training zones and know exactly at what intensity you need to train to perform optimally.

Coaching and follow-up
Whether you opt for a group or individual coaching program, you are never alone. We start with an intake interview, followed by personal guidance along the way.
The coach stays in touch with you by phone or via WhatsApp with updates, Q&As, and motivation, and follows up with you via TrainingPeaks. For those who want extra support, there is always room for a 1-on-1 consultation on the road.

Personal training schedule

After the test, a one-on-one meeting with your coach follows. You will receive a personal training plan of at least 12 weeks in TrainingPeaks , with a clear progression in duration, intensity, and recovery. Everything tailored to your zones and schedule.

Moment of truth

The process guides you step by step towards your goal — the ultimate moment when all your efforts come together.   Optional: Additional exercise test to measure progress.
